1.Shipping Locations: Willow Flower Boutique offers shipping and delivery of fresh flowers and gifts within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain.
2.Same-Day Delivery: We are pleased to provide free same-day delivery for orders over 300 AED within our delivery areas. Please note that same-day delivery is subject to product availability and the cut-off times mentioned below.
3.Delivery Slots and Cut-off Times: We offer three delivery slots per day for your convenience:
      1.Morning Slot: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (cut-off time: 6:00 am)
      2.Afternoon Slot: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm (cut-off time: 10:00 am)
      3.Evening Slot: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm (cut-off time: 2:00 pm)
Please note that due to high demand and capacity limitations, certain slots may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend placing your order in advance to secure your preferred delivery slot.
4.Shipping Fees:
4.Orders over 300 AED: Free shipping to all locations within the UAE. Except for Fujairah (including Kalba, Khorfakkan, Dibba, and Masafi) which will be charged a 50 AED for shipping and delivery.
5.Orders under 300 AED: A 50 AED surcharge will be added during checkout for the following areas: Fujairah (including Kalba, Khorfakkan, Dibba, and Masafi), Sharjah (Falaj, Maleha, and Al Madam), Dubai (Hatta), Umm Al Quwain Remote (Al Mualla), and Abu Dhabi Remote (Al Yarya, Bateen Liwa, Asab, Sabkah, Jereirah, Taraq, Arada, Zayed City, Habshan, Ghiyathi, Al Ruwais, and Al Mirfa).
6.International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Changes and Cancellations
1.Order Modifications or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible via info@willow.ae. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once the order is in production or out for delivery, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
2.Refunds: In the event that a refund is applicable, we will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate solution. This may include refunding the price of the product or offering alternative solutions of similar value. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and aim to process refunds within 7-10 days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
